Tubular Vials are produced on state-of-the-art servo-controlled German and Italian Lines for exceptional accuracy, Vials are produced with Japanese Hot End Camera Vision systems for dimension inspection for all critical parameters and equipped with multiple camera systems for Cosmetic Inspection. Robotic loading directly from tube bundle and automatic feeding of Glass tubes along with robotic packing minimizes human intervention and improves yield & efficiency whilst reducing scratches. USP Type I Neutral Borosilicate Glass tubes are sourced from the highest quality tube producers.
Vials can be customized with the following features:
